Shura Kirigakure Wig (UNIQSO.com)

The other week I got the most amazing wig for one of my next cosplays, Shura from Ao No Exorcist! I saw that UNIQSO had got one, along with some other Ao No Exorcist cosplay wigs, so I thought I should try it. And I'm glad I did!

(Discount code "Niisuke" gets you 10% off your whole purchase!)

So this wig is a two piece wig. It comes with a half-long-ish base wig, that is red with a gradient yellow fringe, that you will need to style to fit your personal style. When you receive it, it's already put up in a pony tail (without the clip on), but I chose to restyle it some to my own personal liking!

When the long, wavy, gradient pony tail is a attached, it feels really strong and secure, and looks good both from the back, front and sides!

I think the two colors blenv very well with each other, and it looks just like Shura's hair! The clip on pony tail is not to heavy, and easy to attach and take off. The wig is very full, and there's a lot of hair to work with, so don't worry if you brush out some hair every now and then.

The wig is not unnaturally shiny, but has a nice, warm glow to it, thanks to it's colors, and it can really make you think of fire and heat, which really suits a hot tempered fighter like Shura.

Visit UNIQSO for more wigs, lenses and makeup, at their website!

New Makeup Brushes!

Since I started working more and more with new techniques, styles and products, I've been in need of some good makeup tools and brushes. I took the opportunity to purchase some from Shein, just for the sake of trying, and this is what I got!

20 Pcs Makeup Brushes

These are very nice if you want to experiment more with makeup, or if you already are used to deal with more than the few basic brushes. There's many different, and some of the same style, and they are all useful in their own way.

I have used the angled brushed the most, along with a few smaller ones for details, but I like them all equally. Shein also has several different packs of makeup brushes, with fewer and more in each back, and all of them comes in different styles and colors. These were the ones that fit me the most, and felt like a good thing to start out with.

Here's some detailed pictures!

My Meirin Cosplay (CosplaySky.com)

So this was really a cosplay I never really thought about doing until earlier this year, when I saw some really cute fanart of Meirin and Sebastian. Meirin is a character that I think is really charming, because everyone believes she's so clumsy and pretty much useless, when in fact, she's extremely badass and has a hidden skill that is just stunning!

My extra mom bought this exact costume from CosplaySky earlier this year, and I thought it looked really good when she wore it. So now eventually, I wanted my own. I ordered it from CosplaySky.com as well, and got the wig and some round silver frame glasses off eBay. The gun is the pictures, I borrowed from Sebastian, who took all the photos!

I wanted to share with you what the costume looks like!

It's a costume that comes in several pieces.
1 shirt
1 dress
1 apron
1 headpiece
(as usual cosplays from cosplay sky are available in many different sizes, and you can get them custom made if you wish. Just check their website for size charts!)

It was surprisingly easy to wear, and the only thing I was having a trouble with was the headpiece, because of the wig's ponytails. You are supposed to tie a little ribbon under your chin to keep it in place, but I did it at the back instead, because for me that was more comfy!

You can get 10% off any purchase off CosplaySky with the code "Sky10jh"!

This is probably my favorite picture from the shoot!

And here are some costume details!

I think it's a very comfortable, elegant, yet simple costume to wear, and it's kinda warm, so I wouldn't recommend using it if it's too hot out. I will wear this now during fall and winter season for questions and photoshoot, as it's perfect for that! I just love how cute and accurate it looks, and I really want to book a room at a nearby mansion to take some really cool pictures with Sebastian as Sebastian Michaelis. Black Butler, yay!~

As always, feel free to leave any questions, or comments down below.
I will see if there's anything I can answer!

Fashion Fashion Baby! (ft. SpreePicky)

I recently received my huge order from Spreepicky, and I really wanted to show you some of the stuff right away! I got really cool wigs, shoes, clothes and accessories. They are all super cute and I'm very happy!

Silver Grey Cosplay Touken Ranbu Tsurumaru Kuninaga Flurry Wig

I wanted to try a new sort of wig, and when I saw this, I thought of the character Shogo Makishima from Psychopath! I just love him, and I wanted to try this out. The wig has a super cool style, and the color is an icy, cool silver color. It almost looks kind of visual kei? It's perfect for cosplay and kind of darker styles! I love how it looks as it's so different from what I usually wear.

Elegant Falbala Thick Platform Heels Short Boots

I also decided it was time to add some new cute shoes to my collection, and I finally got my hands on these beauties! These are some really nice, very princess-y shoes, kind of lolita-ish? I really like them with all the frills, and bling, and how angelic they look! They make me feel really tall and cute at the same time! I'm mostly afraid to get white shoes as I don't want them to get dirty and stuff, but these were too beautiful to ignore.

Another wig that I got, was one that I didn't originally plan on getting. But when I saw it in the store, I immediately thought of Erika Shinohara from Ookami Shojo To Kuro Ouji, who I am going to cosplay with Sebastian later, so I got it! The plan it for me to straighten it, but so far I really like this cute style. And the color is really nice too. I rarely wear brown wigs, which was why it was such a nice change for me. I'm totally in love! It's great both for cosplay and casual wear.

I wanted this in another color first, but it sold out, and I ended up picking the black one instead. But I'm so glad I did, because now I can just think of how many cool dark colored outfits I can use it for! Sailor moon has been something that I've liked since I was a kid, so I always like to grab things that has to do with sailor moon. These are available in pink as well, and there's both long and shirt versions. I prefer the shirt version from what I know!

Sweet Killer Punk Heart Hollow Out Garter
The last thing I want to show you for this post, is this super adorable little garter. I've seen similar ones online, and I have wanted one for so long now. I love garters a lot, and I really want many different ones that I can use when I'm confident to wear shorter skirts or shorts like these. These stayed on really nicely, weren't too difficult to put on or anything, and wasn't difficult to wear. I just have to be sure to be careful not to scratch myself or anyone else!

If you want to check out SpreePicky's website, I really recommend that! I get cosplays, wigs, clothes and much more from them. If you make an order above $30, make sure to use the discount code "jackocalypse" to get a nice 10% off! ^__^
