Lolita_KawaiiShoes Review [UPDATED]

[UPDATED]

Once more, I'm here to write about lovely Lolita_KawaiiShoes!
This time, I ordered some really cute clothes and a perfect necklace from them, and just like last time, they did not disappoint me.

Firtly, I got this Lolita Kawaii Sailor Collar Lace Dress, in blue. It's available in several different colors as well!
I really liked this design, and since I don't own much like this, I really wanted to try it. Also, blue is one of my favorite colors, and this looked just gorgeous in blue. It was perfect to wear with a lot of black and white!

It was puffy, and cute, and not too hard to put on. the tightness of the dress can be adjusted by a waist band, that you tie like a bow at the back. The dress ens at my thighs, so it looks really cute to wear knee high socks, or somewhat higher socks.

I liked the type of fabric they used for the dress, and how strong the material feels. Also, it may look like a rather simple dress, but there's so much details and cuteness to it!

This is easily one of my favorite dresses so far.
And to go with it, I also got this choker, which is super lovely, delicate and cute.

Here's the link for it:

The last thing is a really cute Sailor Moon Seifuku, that is EXTREMELY adorable, but I made a little mistake when I checked the measurements, and got it wrong, so I can sadly only wear the skirt! But, that's better than nothing, and I really love it anyway. It looks amazing with a plain white shirt, so I'm not complaining. This way, I will be able to wear it out a lot more without getting weird looks! But it's sad because with the top I would have looked like a magical school girl/boy/trap, haha!

The blue color is really lovely, like a nice, bright sky blue color, and the sailor moon print just makes it even more perfect. The design it very dreamy and fantastic, and I would love to make a million outfits with this skirt.

Here's some more pictures!

All is very well made and high quality. The shoes (pink ones) I wear in the picture is also from lolita_kawaiisshoes!

Wild And Hot!

So the title might be a bit missleading, hm? Well, haha, sorry about that, but it was perfect to describe what my new wig is like!

It's a long, dark red, very natural looking wig from UNIQSO

When I went with this, I didn't expect it to be so red. I thought it was a dark brown wig, as my screen made it look pretty dark. In the description it says "dark red" very clearly, but I completely missed out on that.

At first I was like, "oh..." since I no longer could use it for the cosplay I had planned. But when I tried it on, I just fell for it anyway. It looks very natural, with the wavy looks and the flaming red color. It's not too red or shiny either, and it gives a more natural look to it. This wig is great for me when I want to do more casual female looks! Perhaps an Ariel the mermaid inspired one?

It's long, about 65 cm, and heat resistant, so you can straighten it and curl it however you like, but I advice you to be careful whenever you style any kinds of wigs with heat!

I'll give you some photos closeups of it!

As usual you can get 10% off with the code "niisuke" when you make a purchase!

I'm surprised and pleased, as usual. It's thick, natural looking, and has an amazing color and lovely texture. It's rather easy to style as well and so far I haven't cut ANYTHING.

I went with express shipping and it only took about a 6-7 days to receive after it was shipped.

So that was it about this wig! I hope you liked it!

Additions To My Closet (August)

I thought I should show you what I'm updating my closet with, and took some shots the other day! Finally my programs work so that I can work it out.

Okay, so I have seen so many things with this kind of text on, and I LOVE IT. It describes me so well. I'm very cranky if I'm hungry, that is something my friends and family can agree with. So I went with this nice and simple grey "Hangry" t-shirt, as a casual clothing item for everyday wear. It's funny and easy to match up with most things if you don't know what to wear. I got it in a size M, and it's available in sizes S to XL! It's from Shein.com, and you can go straight to the page if you clink on the link above!

I also chose to add a nice, casual, simple dress to my closet as I have been feeling very confident wearing dresses and skirts lately!

I picked out this black, one, that has a transparent-ish part at the top, which shows off your shoulders and collarbones pretty well, but I chose to wear a vest underneath it anyway. It's great to wear when you want to dress up, but not want to go "that far". It's comfortable and cute, and will match with basically anything as it's so simple and well, black!

It's available in different sizes, from S to XL, but check up on the measurements chart on the website!
I went with a size M and it fits me really good!

Bilbo Baggins Cosplay Review - CosplaySky.com

So before I went to my England vacation, my lovely and very talented fiancĂ© took some really nice pictures of me in my brand new Bilbo Baggins. Bilbo is one of my favorite characters from the Hobbit, and after seeing the Hobbit movies, I came to like him even in the LOTR movies as well, even if I didn't fancy him much in those earlier. I honestly didn't think I would fit Bilbo - I don't think I look like Martin Freeman at all, in any way. He's an adorably handsome man, and I'm just a baby faced silly lad.

I really wanted to make the costume myself, but I also wanted it before this year's end, for some projects and such. And since my sewing machine isn't my friend at the moment, I sought help from the cosplay company I trust the most - CosplaySky.com

Costume link: Bilbo Baggins Cosplay
(Discount code: "Sky10jh" = 10% off)

I will show you some photos and tell you more about the costume!

What I really like about this costume is that it looks natural. Since it's from a "real life" movie, and not cartoon movies or anime, I wanted my costume to look more like real clothes than a "fake" costume. The fabrics used in this cosplay are all different for each piece of clothing, and they look very much like "real" clothes that you would wear daily, material wise. The buttons, the seems and every little detail makes the outfit become more alive and special. I really felt like a hobbit while wearing it!

(And for those who wants to ask/keep nagging: I got the wig from my fiancé, who got it off eBay. The ears are from eBay as well, and just temporary. OH, and about the hairy feet etc, I couldn't use the usual glue on my feet so I skipped it. I did not forget.)

Here are some closeups from what it looks like, and more detailed pictures of important parts of the costume!

I got my costume in the size female xs, since you can choose male or female sizes, depending on your body type. Since I'm very short and thin, female xs suits me the best. You can check up on their website for every costume, under the little measurements section, to make sure yours will fit, or you can actually get it custom made by entering your own measurements!

The costume was surprisingly comfortable, although I would recommend not wearing it during a hot summer day like I did, haha...! Also I have to say that this was the worst, yet the best photoshoot I've had so far this year. The worst, because I went out barefoot in the woods, and had spiders crawling allover my feet...
(cry cry cry ;;A;; but everything for cosplay, right? Haha!)
The best because of how the pictures turned out! I really love them to bits! This is probably one of my favorite costumes from CosplaySky, after the Lady Ciel costume that I have.

As usual, the shipping was fast, only about 1,5 week after the costumes were finished. Always good if you're in a rush!

I like how this costume totally turned me from Jack to Bilbo in the blink of an eye! This is why I really like the website and their costumes so much.
